If you are already going through a costly fuel system replacement due to a CP4 failure and want to ensure you won't need to again, this kit uses the CP4 to DCR conversion kit from S&S Diesel. We offer this complete kit, built using only quality parts from Bosch, Pure Power, Motorcraft,  S&S Diesel. We've found all of these parts to be as good or better than the OEM from Ford to fix this inherent flaw from the factory. All components of this kit are covered by a 1-year warranty.

Return fuel lines are garbage!!!

After install and shake down to make sure all was good before I went on a 600 mile trip. Everything looked good. I got 200 miles down the road and one of the return line near the filter split. Fortunately there was enough slack to cut it out and fix. Turned it on and fuel was also spraying out of a return tee at the injector. Squeeze that clamp and went on my way. Then about 200 more miles and a return line between two injectors split and left me stranded!!! This is ridiculous!!
