99.5-03 7.3L Powerstroke CNC Fab Charge Air Cooler Boot Kit

CNC Fabrication Upgraded 5 layer Inter-cooler hose and clamp kit for late 1999 through 2003.

• 99.5-03 Ford Powerstroke 7.3L
• 5 layer aramid reinforced silicone for high temp rating
• Rated to 180psi
• Stainless Steel American made T-bolts clamps 
• Reinforcement rings just like factory
• Direct replacement of factory boots

Includes:

• 2 qty boots for the intercooler
• 2 qty boots for the intake spider to intercooler pipes
• 2 qty boots for the intake spider to intake plenums
• 12 Stainless Steel clamps 

Note: Before installing, clean the intercooler pipes, intercooler inlet/outlets ports, and the intake spider from any oil/dirt before installing. The oil from the CCV in the pipes may cause them to slip off.
