absolutely horrible expierence, i am a shop owner, when i tell my customers their car/truck will be ready by a certain date i stand behind that becuase i know how important it is for them to have their cars/trucks back for work! i ordered these traction bars for my customer and paid for 2-3 day shipping. 1.75 months go by and its excuse after excuse, i keep having to tell my customer "ok now they are saying next week, now they said 5 more days" etc etc. when i paid for 2-3 day shipping for some reason (to save as much money as possible i would imagine) the owner only sends out the actual traction bars on fedex, but the hardware kit he sends via USPS, so even though the traction bars arrived (no where near the original ETA) now im waiting around like an a$$Hole for the hardware kit, while the customer is asking why didnt they just send the whole thing with FEDEX like we paid extra for? overall the customer service is just pathetic to say the least, they seem impossible to get a hold of and the owner/manager can never talk to you directly, its always the assistant who i feel bad for since she has gets to get the burnt end of the stick but this incompetent company is just the worst, be warned!
